There is a story running about how Botox can help with depression by making it impossible to frown! Evidence shows that the brain will respond to facial cues. If you frown, it tends to make you sad. While I think using Botox for this is beyond silly, it does make a fantastically profound point - if you want to be happy, smile! It may not be a cure for depression but apparently smiling helps.

I guess this is just a play on an old idea - fake it until you make it. :)
