Okay ive been dating my boyfriend for a year and a month. We live together as well. Here latley we have been fighting alot about one simple thing. He wont take me around his friends. One of his friends absolutely hates me which I still dont know why. His other friend is always busy and then his other group of friends he wont take me around. His other group of friends go to church they wait until they are married to have sex and such. Last year one of them got married my boyfriend didnt take me. This year another one is getting married and my boyfriend said I could go to the wedding. But the problem is he wont let me be around them on any other day. His excuse was they're getting stuff ready for his friends bachelor party at a amusement park and they are practicing for a dance they are doing at the wedding. But nust in general even when they havent been busy he still wont take me around his excuses are 1. Im a bitch all the time 2.we fight to much and he dont want me to cause a seen around his friends 3. He just dont want me around them because he doesnt like me enough for me to be around them which I find is a bs excuse and 4. Because im no fun and ill just sit there and do nothing. Im really at the point where I just want to break up with him he says things will change. But its been a year and he still wont let me be around them when we first started dating he took me around his friend that dont like me every time he hung out with him. And now he takes me around none of his friends. What should I do?

Move out, break up and move on. You aren't compatible and he is ashamed of you and doesn't like you as he sees you as a drama maker. You aren't complimenting each other in the relationship. Prolonging the inevitable breakup will only waste your time and his. This isn't how functional, healthy relationships work.

My wife is the dearest person to me in the world and I am proud to take her everywhere with me. We have discussions and disagreements but we don't make scenes or turn it into personal bashing. My friends think my wife is the classiest, kindest woman around and they are right. She comes first in my life because I come first in hers. We have a committed relationship based on respect and admiration.

Figure out why you accept this behavior, own the drama making and crazy making in your own relationship and try to change those bad behaviors so that your next bf will be proud to have you with him and respect you enough to take your concerns seriously.

Move on,

Grumps
