HappyLove Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Any time you have to write JAILBAIT in your headline it should be enough for you to not have anything to do with this kid. You're the one who could possibly go to jail, possibly lose your job, possibly get your ass kicked by a 17 yr olds dad or brothers. You deserve whatever happens, your old enough to know better. You know what you were doing giving her your number. You should of said NO!
jay1983 Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Look through some of the comments on page one and find a way to keep her on the back burner till she becomes of age, which shouldn't be long. Listen me on this, find a way verify her age. Talk about how bad your drivers license pic came out, and ask to see hers. Check her date of birth. She might be lying about being 17, I've been lied to about this before.
Keenly Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Shame how many dudes think solely with their d!ck. How can you not see the difference between those two situations? An 18 yr old is a far cry away from a 35 yr old. The big reason people frown upon older folks hooking up with teenagers is because those kids barely have any life experience, and its common for the older person to emotionally manipulate them. I imagine some dudes on this site would say its ok to screw a 14 or 15 year old if she had big enough t!ts and they wouldnt get in trouble with the law. Guess Im different. Teenagers come off as kids to me. I have noticed that men with daughters, or who have younger sisters or close younger relatives, tend to not look at teen girls as sexual options. Some people say cucumbers taste better pickled. If she wants to bang, and I make it clear we are just hooking up, who is some one else to tell us its wrong ? 1
GravityMan Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 I think you like attention quite a bit more than you're letting on, Corduroy. Personally, if this is the way you act IRL, then I doubt any decent woman would want much of anything to do with you. You may be 26 years old in body but you seem to be only 16 years old in the brain. And be careful around that company ink. It can be dangerous sometimes.
kaylan Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Some people say cucumbers taste better pickled. If she wants to bang, and I make it clear we are just hooking up, who is some one else to tell us its wrong ?Its funny you say stuff like this...because for all the criticism I see you give women with regards to dating, you definitely say some distasteful things that make it clear to me why women can be so critical of men as well. 1

You know what you were doing giving her your number. You should of said NO! Exactly. The law will tell you what is right or wrong. And so will her older male relatives.
ascendotum Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 Exactly. The law will tell you what is right or wrong. And so will her older male relatives. One of the unusual things about age of consent when it comes to USA, is that it has 3 different ages, depending on what part of the country you live in. I get the impression most people here seem to think its 18 across the board. If he is serious about jailbait, then its a no brainer on what to do with this girl. If she is legal then a beating by the father is not legal, despite what he thinks is right for his daughter.
Keenly Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 I'd bet Kaylan 5 grand that if a perfect 10 , both in looks in personality, started coming onto him, and she was six months away from 18, he'd go for it. 2

Perfect 10s dont exist, and I am not turned on by the idea of going after females under 18. They come off as kids to me, and my outpacing them in maturity and life experience is a turn off. Theres plenty of women in their 20s for me to go after. I look at girls under 20 as little sisters usually. 1

Dude if a really hot looking 17 year old came at like this aggressively, I'd be on here making this thread myself. 2
bubbaganoosh Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 All your doing is asking for trouble. Look friend, as of now you might be flirting with a under aged teen. Your 26 and if you don't know better by now, then when your sent away for 15 to 25 just remember that you liked the attention. You'll get a change of heart about that while your locked up when "Bubba" comes a callin'.

Dude if a really hot looking 17 year old came at like this aggressively, I'd be on here making this thread myself. I prefer grown women, physically and mentally. I have younger relatives I grew up with around these ages, so no...girls that young dont do it for me and I see them as little sisters. I could recognize that they are attractive, but I wouldnt have the urge to pursue anything. And lets be real, considering the thread you just made about your one night stand...you arent a choosy guy to being with. So Id of course expect you to sleep with a 17 yr old (or maybe even younger), if they came onto you.All your doing is asking for trouble. And depending on the country it may even be 16.

I was being honest and admitting some embarrassing s**t, something most dudes on here don't have balls to do. You try and come all genuine and s**t, nobody on here cares. I'll bet it's easy for you because they don't come on to you, or if they do they don't look that great. Now you think what I just said that I'm taking a cheap shot at you, but really I'm touching on something thats probably true. We're humans, we're not perfect, thats why I made that thread, thats why this guy made this thread, so stop trying to act your some kind of class act,
TheGuard13 Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 I think it's pretty easy to get her to leave you alone. Say you're not interested, she's too young, or it's inappropriate. But I think if you didn't want her in some capacity, or want her attention, you wouldn't have given her your number, and you wouldn't have made this thread focusing, not on the unwanted attention, but on the fact that she is "jailbait" (which usually means young and HOT).
topaMAXX Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 first off i'm not into this! this girl is an assistant where i work at. she keeps asking me a million questions all day. she gets pretty personal too. she keeps asking about me and my ex girlfriend, and tells me how hot i am. i just stay friendly and try not to act annoyed. she asks me how old i am, i told her i'm 26. i asked her how old she was, and she only said i'll be 18 next year. i'm a decade older than her basically. then she asked me for my number so we can go out sometime. i thought about giving her a fake number but i have to see her all the time so i reluctantly gave it to her. i feel like a creep, i don't want to go out with her. i can only think of so many excuses when she asks me. what should i do? What state do you live in? Might be legal in your state, depending on the age of consent. For the record, at 26 last year, I was dating an 18 year old. No big deal.
Goldenbrwn Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 If she is legal in your state and it would not cause you issues at work there is nothing wrong with going out with her and even having sex with her if that is what it leads to. If this were a guy that age trying to get with a 26 year old woman most people wouldn't have a big problem with it and would congratulate him if he succeeded. With girls we treat them as if they are supposed to be pure and weak and couldn't possibly really want that and even if they do they just don't know yet that they shouldn't and are not capable of deciding for themselves. Do women find that condescending at all?

jay1983 Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 Just hit it, you only live once. lol Hang on bro, he might get in some serious s**t here. Let's say he bangs her, then he doesn't want to see her anymore. She's gonna be hurt, and wanting to hurt him back. Let's see what would she have on him? Ummmmmm lol 2

isisisweeping Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 Legal or not (in my state 16 is the age if consent... In some, 17, in some 18, in some the age difference plays a role). Doesn't mean it's right. Sounds like a highschool girl... I know my life experience difference between 17 and 26... Much more than between say 24 and 33. Plus, the OP said he didn't want to go there so what's with all the men saying to sleep with her???? is a guy obliged to sleep with any good looking girl who hits on him? Wth? Plus , she may be looking to date. The girl can't even go out and order a drink. I have no issue with age difference. But she is still a teenager and he is an adult. And he expressed no interest anyhow, and he works with her- three very good reasons why the pressure here is at the upmost in skeevy. Just, eew. 1
gaius Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 I used to date a girl who was so short I thought she might get mistaken for being underage. It was a little weird at first taking her out in public, but after I got used to it it was actually very feminine in a way. A pretty big turn on. I'm glad I didn't let society ruin a good thing with it's odd viewpoints. You're not trolling for 17 year olds and you have a job, so just don't pay attention to the static and give her a try if you want to. Again, just because she's 17 doesn't mean she's retarded to the point she can't understand what turns her on and what doesn't.
jay1983 Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 She could do that right now when nothing has happened. It's her word against his and right now it's really cool to ruin a mans life based on accusations and not evidence. Nail her, be nice for a couple weeks until evidence of said event is nonexistent then deny deny deny. Don't put anything in and email or text message that could imply anything happened. In fact when you dump her then make texts saying to leave you alone and that you are not going to have that kind of relationship with her. File a sexual harassment suit at work, throw everything you can at her FIRST. Save the other texts of her saying she's had sex with other older guys then tell the cops to get them off your trail. Probably still wouldn't matter because it's cool to wreck a guys life now and women run rough shod over guys in the legal and political system now days. This happened to me when I was 24. Luckily I had the texts messages where she lied about her age, and she backed off. Denial was would have been hard, given so many of her friends knew about it, not to mention the other people that saw us together.
D.Mc. Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Seems the OP has made it harder for himself by giving her his real # to start with. You're just going to have to be blunt or hope she gives up. Also, let me cash the reality check of some of the people saying: go for it. Statutory rape (2 words none of them uttered) is based on a "statute" in whatever state/county you live in which ine effect says no one younger than "__" age is deemed capable of deciding to have sexual relations. It does not take into account who knew what or when they knew it OR if they were lied to etc. Doesn't matter if she "wanted it"...survey says: NO. Some jurisdictions are way too lenient in pursuing the matter but why risk so much for so little.
