GarrusVakarian Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 Might of read some of my posts?. Found out my wife had been having an affair with a 50 year old married man in September. Smashed me to pieces mentally and physically when I found out. But I was thinking yesterday, 6 months. I cant believe how quickly has it gone, but still feels fresh like it was yesterday. I am cracking on with life and trying to get myself back out there.

I am cracking on with life and trying to get myself back out there. Time can be unreal. In the beginning of the previous century there was a philosopher (Bergson) who used the snowball as a metaphor for time. The snowball is rolling on adding new snow to the ball. The event is still there not far under the new layers connecting your life now with what happened then. Keep on rolling, the new layers will come, adding more and more to look to as well 1
