It's reserved for the "highest lamas and Gurus"... Most of hoi poloi have to make do with plain ol' re-birth.... And immolation is not a Buddhist practice, by any means - and in fact is discouraged as a gesture of protest. I hate to be the party-pooper though, and would suggest a basketful of Buddhists - but you'd have to be a Theravadin Buddhist to understand the in-joke...
