I eventually replied his NYE and HNY messages when I woke up this morning. I said Thanks. 2014's looking good. same to you too.

I felt bad and slightly guilty if I didnt reply. and I feel worse now.. he didnt reply and had no desire to carry on the conversation. I thought I could be able to not expect anything back since the conversation was pretty much dead-ended... but still I am feeling like a pig..

At least I'm glad I gave up the idea of sending a letter. I'm wiping tears and writing to myself now.. when it could pass...

This is why we said not to write letter and/or reply. It happens.....just dont do it anymore.

You probably know his number by heart, but DELETE HIS NUMBER and everything else of him

he just couldnt leave me alone and his number kept popping up. I've deleted at least 4 times.

There would be no next time. Next time, I'm gonna say " I thought you are aware of my intentions of deleting your number." ( he knows i've deleted his number, I told him i wanna get over it and move on) This way may make him walk away. or say something more direct..

Could have, should have, would have, it quiet honestly doesn't matter anymore simply live and learn. Dust yourself off and commit faithfully to the almighty NC. Be gentle with yourself, take things slow and you will eventually heal. Be strong.

It's not up to him to leave you alone. it's up to you to stop corresponding with him when he sends breadcrumbs. You are responsible for your recovery, not him.

It's like I told you, you're not in NO CONTACT, you're in a QUIET TIME. Get it now??

It's hard to feel sorry for you, it really is!

We allmknoemhownhard no contact is but let's be honest. The rejection we feel when we do reach out is far worse and devastating for the healing process. Im in the same boat right now. I too got a impersonal message that means nothing really. All I want to do right now is talk to her but it isn't going to happen and I'm not taking a step back. We have to just move forward I suppose.

We are going to be fine, actually we going to be amazing.
