My side is working ok but getting a lot of pressure from the other side. Thing is I need to stay in touch with my children somehow someway. What works? What doesn't work?

Remind us of the ages of your children? My two oldest have phones and that ia not the big deal. Their younger siblings NEED their Dad and that was painfully apparent this last weekend........
It-is-what-it-is. Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 I saw you have 7 kids....ok. You are trying to reduce contact with your stbxw. So ask that all non emergency items go via email. There is an online calendar program for divorced families (e.g. our family wizard) so schedules and visitation can be passed without speaking. So I would suggest you schedule a daily phone call, like before bed. With each of the younger ones. Same time every day. They can use their siblings phone. Try to do the same with the older ones. A minimum daily call or text for sign of life. Some plan if the younger ones need you. Can they use siblings phone to call? What happened this weekend? IIWII

IIWII Have been doing something very similar with the phone calls. Talk to my children daily. Have to !! As far as the weekend, saw her Sunday and in order for 'us' to move forward, I have to do this, this, and that. Holy crap lol! Tired of the demands. My opinion obviously does not matter. Seen this coming for a long time. She is really reaching.... Things are done! Love my kids, but this guy has a lot to offer and am gonna work on me for a change. Happy Dad outside the home will be a lot better !! 1
