As a consideration, don't you think this warning from your body is worth listening to? Please, please, start taking care of your body. :(

I'm glad you're okay.

 

I once had awful pain - it hurt so badly when I tried to move, that I ended up staying in bed all day, just staying as still as possible - and it ended up being gas. :o I thought I'd somehow broken ribs, or had a heart problem.

Your body is still telling you that you need to take better care of yourself.

 

I am glad to hear you are OK, just think about your eating and exercise habits.

Yesterday I had really bad pains across the top of my back, like around my rib cage and through the night I kept trying to stretch thinking it was muscular. But the pain woke me up around 5:00 in the morning so I took aspirin and went back to bed.

 

Around 8 I woke back up again with the pain, came downstairs and took more aspirin then got lightheaded and then the pain in my back was gone.

 

But now I feel weirded out.

 

Next time you feel like this, get to the hospital or call 911.

 

GO see your Dr though and get blood work done and an ECG just so you know what is going on.

Time to de-stress, do yoga, deep breathing, have a hot bath before bed. MAKE alone time for yourself each day or evening. Even 20 minutes will make a big difference.

 

Glad the tests came back negative!

Excellent advice. Yoga and hot baths do wonders Grace. If you can get the time when the kids are in bed, I'd highly recommend these.
