A co-worker who has a boyfriend told me she likes me and wants to be with me but she is not willing to break up with her boyfriend. She initiated almost all the texting and we texted late till mid-night. She had been flirting with me when we talked. I like her also but deep down I know it is not right. She told me she really likes me and not playing with me. I told her I can not accept the fact that she has another man while being with me and when I told her if she is willing to break up with her boyfriend (who doesn’t live with her and she is alone every night) she was hurt and upset. She said she just likes me and nothing else. She once told me that she wanted to be with me until I meet a girl I like. Seems like she is being selfish by saying so. What should I do about this? Any advice is highly appreciated.

You need to get over whatever feelings you may think you have, and let this one go. She's just being greedy. Don't flirt, don't late-night text. Just be a friend, if you want that. Let it go. Don't let yourself be subjected to that treatment.
