jayy23 Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 So that's been 21 days of NC and I know it's not much but it's the longest I have went without talking to the ex since she fin with me 4mnths ago some days are easy and othrs hard but I'm sticking to NC. The last time I text her was a day after her grans funeral I just askd if she was ok and said if she wanted to talk I was here but she never got back to me. How likely is it that if I stick to NC (and I will) that she will try and get in contact with me?.
weallfalldown Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 Hi. everyone's different, but if she finished with you, then she thinks she has the power, or doesn't care either way, so keep it up and DON'T give her the satisfaction!...chances are she won't ...........and don't keep hoping she will, get that out of your mind.....it will just fester!....cheers.

The last one can't now as I have blocked all communication after sending a good luck for the future ect message. They sometimes do and sometimes don't but i have a feeling if my ex wasn't blocked she would have contacted me, The thing with the NC it isn't as much to get your ex to contact you it just seems that they sometimes do, it's for you to move on and take a step back to see the relationship and the person for what they are. If you want to be friends in the future and actually want to move on then don't be worried about the nc. I always once over an ex check in and clear the air. I wouldn't if cheating ect was involved they could fall off the face of the earth then. I just do this as i don't like enemies in life and i do believe everyone deserves to be happy and if that is with someone else then have the best life you can.

I was kinda hopeing that she would get in contact with me at some point we both have said we want to be friends and she said we can meet up after some time apart from each other so I'm just waiting to see if she keeps to her word or if she just casts me aside.

I didn't speak to a previous ex for months and thought we would never be friends like we were before but when i as over her i got back in touch, she had moved on and so had I and we have become amazing friends now. I speak to her everyday.

Well I didn't want to break up that was all her we never had any problems in the relationship everything was really good she just feels like she has changed and can't see a future with me we were together for 4 and ahalf years. I hate waiting for the phone to ring tho lol and when it does and it's not her it's annoying lol.
