It depends on what these nights out are. If they are at a strip club getting grinded on then yes but if they are going to the game with the guys let him live.

I've never had a 'problem' with girls night out or girls weekend away. 'Girls' are adults and they do what they do. If what they do abrogates our marital agreement, it does.

My 'boys nights out' generally consisted/consist of beers and BBQ at one of my male friend's houses. A bunch of old farts sitting around talking business and occasionally bitching about 'the wives'. Some of the younger bucks might boast of their latest conquest. If there happened to be women on the premises, we'd then retire to the 'cave', whether the guy's RV, the garage/shop, or the basement.

TBH, for the vast majority of my friends who are in long (20-30 year) M's, this stuff is irrelevant. 'Hey, where's your wife?' 'Oh, somewhere, I don't know, maybe out with her friends'. Back to beers.

Well, typically "Girls' night out" consist of hitting the clubs...usually that is.

Pretty much this...my H and I each have our own boys'/girls' nights out regularly...basically consists of hanging out with friends at a bar/having dinner. Really no big deal.

That could very well be true for some folks. I didn't see it in my 30's to now though, with the only exceptions being the 'drinkers', meaning the social alcoholics, but that's an entirely different can of worms, or special occasions, like a birthday, graduation, bachelorette party or something like that.

IMO, it comes down to whatever the couple agrees upon. Each M/LTR is different. If some are more 'liberal' and some are more 'conservative', OK.
