Video: Dan Gilbert asks, Why are we happy? | Video on TED.com

So, it sounds nerdy but I have a few friends that really really into TED talks. One managed to send one last message with a video link before I deactivated my FB and it's really good. I've read so many stories here on LS and we all carry so much pain. I'm nearing my 3 month point and beginning to feel a lot better (throughout each day, with just a few moments here and there).

Everyone who gave advice about letting go is RIGHT! These are experts who actually experimented on people to find this stuff out. (pretty messed up but I'm kinda glad in a way) Because you don't let go, you really are holding yourself back.

One day, I will happilylook back to truly see him for what he is: Just a pretty face and an empty heart.
