Toto...

Not to depress you, but you have to be pretty old to remember that song.

Nice catch.

As for me being pretty old to remember.

ROFL!

I was one year old when it came out.

I only know of it because my dad likes songs from that era and because of I love the 80's on VH1.

Even though they're before my time, I liked the sound of the songs back then.

I'm only 24 and I have that song on my ipod. Along with Toto's "love isn't always on time". Good music is timeless

Not trying to be a hater but you sound like a Validation seeking wh ore.

You could simply talk about your life story but you took the pictures of these memos, uploaded on photobucket and came here to show everyone.

Um, the 1st post and the title clearly states it was my girlfriend's urging, and she suggested I post the picture for some tangible proof. Also, the notes you can see the kind of role I played on the team as a team member, how they appreciate my acts of service, etc. The pictures just make it more "real." I'm not trying to show off, though I can see why someone may see it that way.

And SomeDude, I see you haven't addressed Beth's post directed toward you back on page 2. Not surprised.

This is wonderful. Stepping out of everyday life, acting in faith, and refusing to let complacency and fear dominate... This is really being alive because it is an act of growth and evolution of consciousness. And there is a reward in the fruits of your labors. Regardless of anyone's comment, YOU know the impact it has had in your life. There is nothing wrong with positive things happening in your life as a result of your efforts to move beyond yourself and help others. In fact, perhaps paradoxically, that is often a side effect of charitable acts...
