I am 21, the girl of my dreams (so to speak) is 31. I haven known her for about 3 years now. Never really been affectionate in anyway towards her, until recently. She is so gorgeous that you'd guess she was 25 not 31. I don't even know how to ask her out due to that fact that she is so much older than me.

I'm new here as well *high five* Its a bit tricky because you have that existing friendship so taking that next step can be really good or really bad. Do you think she is interested in you in the same way? Does she flirt with you? That's the first thing you need to work out. If yes - I would suggest (and people will probably disagree with this) invite her over for dinner, have a few glasses of wine each so you're both relaxed, and then just be honest with her. I mean, don't come on really strong or anything, but just tell her how you feel - that you think she is the girl of your dreams and you would like to be more than just friends and see what happens. Just be honest. If you are not sure how she feels about you then try and find out. Be more affectionate with her and see how she responds. Compliment her. Ask her out to things alone like the water park, or something where you will be quite close to each other and just watch how she reacts to you. I've had a couple of male friends who have wanted to take things further and it was quite obvious at the time so I wouldn't be surprised if she already knows how you feel Good luck!! x

Unless she;s the type who is specifically interested in younger guys, your chances are not very good. Most women I know would never date a guy 10 years younger than them.
