Should I keep seeing her at these events or set-up one-to-one time?

I am thinking of asking this one girl out. I really like her but I just don't know if I am what she's looking for. We have known each other for over 3 years but the possibility of dating her didn't come into mind until recently.

So anyways, her sister is an active board member of the local trading school. She helps her a lot in planning and making sure the trading school sessions goes seamlessly. I frequently volunteer there as well and this is the only time I really get to know her.

I think were pretty compatible in terms of personality and values but I don't know if I am what she's looking for in terms of a partner (she's 26 and has never dated so I'm assuming she either has high expectations or she is picky). At this point I don't know if I want to keep volunteering at these events as they are taking away time from my actuarial science course.

My question is should I keep seeing her at these trading school sessions, or should I set up some one-to-one time with her? Her sister is her best friend and I want to leave a good impression on her too obviously. I should add that in the few times we have met outside of trade school, her sister tags along.

Try to set up some one-to-one time with her. That's the only way both of you are going to find out if the other is what each of you is looking for.
