You do have the strength, even if you feel terribly weak.

 

Don't pent up your emotions. Crying can be very cathartic. Find a shoulder to lean on (friends, family), and let the hurt out. If you want to scream out your ex is a <insert choice word>, do so.

I can't cry, I have tried! Nobody knows the whole story between me and him and I don't want to tell anyone because I'm so embarrassed about it! I just want t all to go away!!

Otherwise, if you can't let your emotions out, you'll have to do something to keep your mind occupied, and not thinking about the breakup and the heartache your ex has caused you.

You remind me of myself and what I was going through with my ex. I just let him use me and was so nice to him and one day I just went crazy and freaked out on him ! Lol but it's good. Treat him like **** do he knows what it feels like and maybe one day he will change. Let him go girl and let him do what he wants. And you focus on yourself and getting better. And you do what you want
