My sister died today at 3:30 PM on the 44th anniversary of my Mother's suicide.......may God rest her soul.

Mom called her home......

Hugs to you. May you find peace in knowing that whatever exists on the other side, they are together and it is all good.

Bailey... I am so very very sorry!!!! Jesus....On the anniversary of your Mother's suicide? It must mean something? What I have no clue....Maybe Mom said "Enough" and asked the good Lord to take her and stop her suffering.

How are you Bailey? Numb....ok...just breathe....that's all we can ask you to do!

M is not suffering anymore....She is with the Lord.....

Love and Hugs to you my friend!

Oh Bailey...

I am so sorry...but know that your sister is at peace now. her pain has ended. Also know that everything that you and your sister and brother did for made the end of her life a time that was filled with comforting and love. You did your best for her.

The days ahead may not be easy ones, but they will get better

Do not stand at my grave and weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep

I am not there. I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow.

I am the diamond glints on snow.

I am the sunlight on ripened grain.

I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush

I am the swift uplifting rush

Of quiet birds in circled flight.

I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry;

I am not there. I did not die.

After further review, this thread went off-topic around post 240. Bailey I am sincerely sorry for the loss of your sister. There are so many wonderful, supportive posters here. Please start a new thread where the support for your loss can be the primary focus of that thread. A couple of appropriate areas that come to mind are the "coping" and "family" sections.

My condolences.
