ichooseme Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Hey everyone, I've been talking to this amazing girl for a couple of weeks and we hit it off. It started on fb and later into a date. First couple of dates were in a restaurant, a movie, a cafe, a beach walk and we just enjoy each other's company and talk a lot and laugh and tease and it's all amazing. Anyways, i can't keep taking her to restaurants nor cafes or movies. And i live in a country where everything clothes at 6pm. She gets off work at 8pm. The only things that are open are usually bowling alleys, again restaurants and well, the beach, but it's kind of rainy today and she really wants to meet up. Does any of u have any creative ideas for a 5th or so date? I know the info i provided is not sufficient enough, but currently we're not at the stage where we can go to each other's place, taking it slow kinda. Sigh..
FitChick Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 I like the idea of learning things together. Why not join a class to learn some type of dancing? Then you could go to clubs later on and practice what you've learned. How about a cooking class? Then you could cook a romantic dinner together later on. Learn to ride a horse. Take a pottery/ceramics class.
KathyM Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 I don't know what country you live in, so it's a little hard to say because of that. If you live near a lake, take her for a boat ride. Pack a picnic lunch and have lunch in a scenic area by the water. Go for a hike or stroll in a scenic area. Take dancing lessons together. Dancing was what my husband and I liked to do the most together. We would always go dancing at least once a week. Women normally like to do that. Go to concerts, live events, pro sports games, go for tours of your city or surrounding cities. Go horseback riding or carriage riding. (Again, I don't know where you live, so I don't know if this is doable, but just some suggestions). Go for a drive, park the car, set out a blanket and talk or listen to music while you watch the stars come out at night. Go exploring in areas you've never been to before. Take up a sport together. My first LT boyfriend and I used to play tennis together all the time. That was one of the things we enjoyed doing the most together. And also going for a drive, parking and listening to music, and talking. Very romantic. My second LT boyfriend and I used to go ice skating a lot together. That was one of our main things to do, since we both had that as a hobby.
