DL only has one flight a day from SFO-DTW but the timing matched well with her inbound, even having to change terminals. UA doesn't fly direct to DTW. Chicago is UA's home base and there are numerous non-stops all day. This presumes I was accurate in that she was/is flying UA. She never confirmed that. Regardless, it looks like a great day for travel and she'll be home soon enough. When hearts take wings

I needed more because my first entry to the US was a bit more complicated than it normally is. I ended up sleeping across 3 chairs at SFO for three hours, it was heaven. Well, I'm here. And it's perfect. We're off to get my ring resized and then a meetup with the caterer for our wedding in a few hours.
