Be unavailable this weekend, go out and do stuff for yourself. Just brace yourself for a knock on the door at 6am on sat morning!! You need to be able to handle this without being a jerk. She will try to suck you into a row. She comes round on Sat morn, and says "Rusell lets go out as a family"( she will play the guilt card with the kids I promise you) Your reply, " Wife I'd love to but I've made plans and need to be on a train to London in 20 minutes, bye" then leave.

As a person in general she is very spiteful and petty
