I dont really know her that well, but she's really cute and most of all, she's so smart, which is what really attracts me to her. Anyway, me and my buddy were talking about her, and then some how, I finally got the balls to ask her if she wanted to go out. I've only done this one time before to a girl that I liked, but there was something about this one that I just couldn't let go of. Anyway, I asked her if she wanted to go to a club to dance, but since i didnt do my homework, I didnt know she wasn't old enough.(She's 20, and I'm 21) So all that went down, and she didn't really say no that she didnt want to go, but she said she wasn't old enough and maybe next year. I was nervous as it was, so I basically just said ok, maybe next time then, instead of asking her if she wanted to do something else. My problem is that I dnt think I really got a chance to find out if she would go out with me and I kind of want a second chance at it. Do you guys think it would be weird if I tried again? Or do you think if I make plan with my buddy on how to talk to her again and get a definitive answer, it might work? (BTW, I'm just looming over the fact that I didnt get an answer. If shes says yes, then thats cool. But if she says no, its also cool.)
that girl Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 Ask again. She might have not understood that it was a date or she might not have known how to say yes and change the venue. You could say something like "Hey, I know you can't get into that club, but I'd really like to hang out with you one on one. What if we grabbed dinner some night this week?"
