U1987 Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 Seriously, it seems like every single dating site has more men than women, which is baffling to me because there are more women in the world than men, and men are more likely to die younger since testosterone makes people do stupid ****. For example, a Plenty of Fish area search for 5 miles around my zip code wields over 340 men but only 190 women, only about a third of which I would consider attractive. That is crazy. Those are a terrible odds. As soon as I saw that I was like "screw that." Are there any dating sites at all where there are more women than men?

Mad Max Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 Women can get a date anywhere. As long as she's at least average looking, she's fine. That's why not as many women look online. Men overall have more requirements to meet, so many become frustrated and look online.

Attractive women or even decent looking average women will get plenty more opportunities than men do...simply because men have to be the hunters in all this. Such is life...I'm not complaining. I know many disagree with me, but I also think many women see dating sites as the place for losers...and feel it would be a step down for them to join one. Not all women, but many. Lord knows the women I've known look down on dating sites, and even down on the guys who join them.
