haveyopick1 Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 I was supposed to meet these 2 girls to go out to a movie. 1 girl texts me at about 4 pm saying they both feel sick and cant make it, but they want a rain check. 10 seconds later her friend texts and asks me if we're still on for tonight. WTF??? Her friend just said they were both sick!!! So I told her, and she replied that she was feeling better. So I said sure, Id love to go out. We were supposed to go out about 8 or 9 pm. Then she texts back 3 hours latersaying "Im not sure what to do. I'd like to go but I have to deal with my dog". This is about 6 pm already. I just told her to forget it, I made other plans, and we'll do it another time. Mabye Im overreacting but I think its kind of rude to flip flop the way she did. I found the whole thing to be a bit weird. What the heck happened? You think they were sick? I hate these games. Ive only known them for a short time. Hung out with each one once before...do I give them a pass this time? She wants to arrange another meeting (she always texts me first, and often, so she seems somehwhat interested. Which is why I was surprised she flaked), what do I say when she texts me saying "hey lets hang this friday!!"? I dont wanna be left to dry again.
JessaL Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 I read this site way more than I post - aren't you the guy who wants the girl with the bf? Or has there been an update on that? If these two girls are the gf and her friend, I think it's pretty obvious what's going on? Clearly it's because she has a bf and she's being shady to him.
