I approached this lady in office and turns out she's leaving the company in another 3 days. After getting to know her, i asked her out for lunch but she asked me to join her colleagues instead... which i did. It turned out alright.... could have been better, but it was ok... mostly because her colleagues aren't friendly. I didn't talk much to her cos there's no opportunity to. After the lunch, i apologized to her for not saying anything much to her, cos i was trying to blend in with her friends so i talk to them instead. If it's a one on one date, then things would have been different. Anyways, so i asked her for her number later that day 'cos i'm running out of time as she's leaving but she declined. She gave me her facebook instead which she said is "good enough". Well, that's great and all but what i really wanna do is hang out together so i can get to know her better and i can't do that with just her facebook. She wasn't free to go out either last weekend and didn't suggest another day so... i figured i'm pretty screwed. The thing is, she has dual citizenship and will be leaving to the other country for like a month. I understand that she just got back here not too long ago... probably like 4 months ago after living there for the past 6 years, so she has a lot of catching up to do with her friends and family. I can probably wait but we're not talking much anymore. How do i improve the situation? I just wanna get to know her better. And she's busy at the office so i figured i'll give her a time. Any pointers? I really like her.
