shy_guy Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 1) Met an awesome girl, had a couple of great dates. 2) Her birthday is coming up and I've been invited. It's going to be at a club and it'll be our 3rd outing together. 3) Do I get her a birthday present or is this come off as a bit strong? I doubt others will be getting her presents. Instead of a gift, I was thinking of taking her out for a nice dinner before the club event. Thoughts?

BTW, why do you want to "do" or "give" her something on her birthday? Are you hoping for a good return?

Author shy_guy Posted September 26, 2010 Author Posted September 26, 2010 Don't worry I'm an advocate of greens advice (which I've already followed heh)
brainygirl Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 I figure once you are over the age of ten, all you need for your birthday is for your friends to let you know they appreciate you. But her dinner and between you and the others at the club, make sure she never pays for a drink. Besides, unless you know someone pretty well, how do you pick a gift that is suited to them?
