She clearly mentioned that I was the only reason she was making the trip. I've always had a bit of a crush on this girl and we seem to have good chemistry. Do you think she would make such a long trip if she weren't interested? The plan is that we'll hang out and then she goes back home the next day. Thanks for helping me out!

Seriously, show her a great time at your place. Play games, drink beer, tease her, make jokes. But close the deal before bed. Make the trip worth her while. Even if she rebuffs your advances, don't worry. She's the one taking the long trip home. Not you.
