alejandrocortez Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 (edited) Brace yourself this is long... Ok heres my situation. I met this girl who was just hired at where i work. She has a boyfriend that just moved a long-distance cuz his parents are doctors. So she doesn't see him anymore, but they are still a "couple". Anyway, I started getting close to her (She asked 4 my #, we text each other, talked a lot at work,, etc.) Then one day she asked if I drove myself to work, so I offered to be her ride to and from work. So the 1st night I picked her up from her house and we went to work, the boss canceled work for that day. I didnt want to waste that opportunity so I suggested we hangout instead, she agreed. We talked about our futures, star gazed, and did some dumb stuff for the fun of it. We had a fun night, but I didnt make a move. I thought I would have more chances. The next day she said shes too tired to work (Not the 1st time she skipped). Then she disappeared for 3 days. I was worried so I visited her house. She was happy that I worried. She told me she was quitting and going back to school, since she was about to get fired anyway. And her cell was out of load thats why she couldnt text me back. Since then we hardly see each other and she texts less frequently. But one day she asks to borrow $25( she had a legit reason). So I gave her the $. Later that day she wanted to hang with me but i was busy. I asked her to hang with me a couple of times afterward, but she always seemed hesitant and never gave me a straight yes or no. Since then I havent been able to contact her again for 3 days, her phones out of load, she's jobless, and she's rarely home. I don't know what I am to her. All I know is I liked her from the moment I stumbled upon her and I would fight for her with everything I got because her BF is a moron for leaving her here. What should I do? Should I keep trying to get her to hangout with me? How should I ask her without scaring her away? Or should I give her space for now? If I had one more chance to go out with her I could tell her how I friggin feel dammit! I cant believe I'm resorting to online dating threads for this... OPINIONS PLEASE!!! She doesn't seem to be interested in you and may be avoiding you because she feels awkward about admitting this. You're probably out the $25. I'm not saying she was using you, (although she might have been), she could also have been considering you but backed out for whatever reason.

I know I kinda gave the impression that shes a bad person for asking me for $, but she asked me to come by her place so she can pay me back(Not in anyother way than $) But I was too busy. So I know shes good for it. Thing is shes awesome. Believe me, I never met a girl so similar to me in my entire life. I fear I may never find another girl I can relate to so much. Thats why its hard to just throw in the towel. We only went out once and it WASNT planned. But that was the funnest date Ive ever been on.
