He says he felt the same way. I felt this glow around us. The rest of the world completely faded into static during that conversation. It wasn't a perfect relationship, but I have never felt as strong a bond as I did with him -- and one that formed so quickly and endured so well. We're not together anymore, but we are still good friends, and I expect we always will be.

And I'm trying to stay all calm and rational about it- Not ruin the flow and pace or anything but I haven't felt like this in a very long time (and he told me he feels the same thing) and now it's freakin' me out! So it's like double freak out. For me, not him. Well maybe him too. I mean it really hasn't been that long.

People are in their "best foot forward" phase during the first 3 months of exclusivity when hormones are running high also, clouding reality. Best to get past the honeymoon phase before making lasting commitments or promises. To answer the topic, I've never known for sure because there is no certainty in life.

And then at first we were just fooling around but I had this great guy right there with all his attention on me...even before we met I knew this would be something important. He is it. As soon as it was confirmed how great we are together in person, I knew he was mine.

Two people coming from opposite ends of the world, blah blah...I tell him to stop being such a drama queen (I secretly love it though).
