guarded Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 so i think i made a complete ass of myself... my fwb messaged last week and he casually asked if i still wanted to hang out.. and i jokingly said only if i call the shots.. he messaged and asked what i was doing. i kinda knew where that was heading so i said that i was trying to finish my paper that was due in the morning (true) and if he was free sometime tomorrow instead... he replied and wished me luck with the paper and said that he was working offsite and maybe we can hang out during the weekend or something. about 15 mins later i changed my mind and i decided screw it why not...so i send him a generic msg saying: can i come past now? he replied: sorry im not home tonight. gone to a friends. sorry i felt so stupid and embarrassed so i tried to recover and i said: omg sorry loser i sent it to the wrong person. u so cant help me with law notes but thanks for letting me know you're out lol. he hasnt replied and its been a week.... arrggghhhh im so stupid! i know i probably should've left it alone but it was on impulse. now i feel like a loser for sending that childish message i really like this guy, i mean more than i probably should... what do i do? its been exactly a week today.. should i wait for him to msg first or should i just msg him? and if i do, what can i say?

Author guarded Posted September 15, 2010 Author Posted September 15, 2010 honestly, i have fallen for him but i know we can't be right now...so im just happy he's in my life. i can settle for being just friends i mean its better than nothing... that was the last msg, he hasn't replied after that... he's usually the one to msg first. how did my last msg read? stupid?
