when(if) i see this girl in school, talk to her or ignore

itwas this girl she was in one of my classes last semester i dindt talk to her till the last day but she started to talk to me and well i raan out fo things to talk over FB chat and the texting and talkign stopped (it happen even wiht my friends i run out of this to talk to ppl when not in person) i'm sure she iked me first but then lost intrest. i asked her to ahng out couple times but she made up excuses idk weather she's really busy or was being nice. but what should i do when i see her again shall i talk to her or ignore her

 

btw i havent talked to her in about 2mo's she ive ike 30miles from me so dont see her around, and i havent been on FB in a while either

 

btw she always responed right away to all my texts and to the im's even the last time i talked to her, the last few times tho she would type gibberish and then i asked her what that was she said idk i'm just tired but isnt it cool and i told her to get some sleep and left

already did couple times to hang out first time she had a docs appointment and then hang out wiht her friends the second time she was busy had to work she said she'll let me know when she's free and siad "well figure something out" and i talked to her few times after did even mention about it and i never asked her to hang out

i dont get ti tho she always replies to my texts and im's right away and if it took her like 15 mins she always apologizes and gives me a reason why she took her long which is a little irritating sometimes
