gsly Posted September 2, 2010 Posted September 2, 2010 so about a week and a half ago i met this girl online, added her to facebook so we could message each other because i wasnt on that dating site very much. Well we got to talking and she was telling me she was a local bartender at a bar that i go to and she told me to stop on down..so this past weekend when i was out with my friends i stopped for a drink to introduced myself. basically what turned into just stopping for a beer turned into a few beers and a mixed drink, i had to leave and had asked her to a movie and got her number. now my question is her and i have been texting a little bit and i was flirting a little bit(basically it was raining the other night and we were both talking about how we like goin for walks in the rain, nothing serious) now i havent talked to her since tuesday, do i wait for her to txt back or should i keep the conversations going?
Author gsly Posted September 2, 2010 Author Posted September 2, 2010 i should add that both her and i asked each other why we single pretty much i've been cheated on in most of my relationships and her also(except she was engaged, but ready to date again) she's a beautiful girl and has a bright personality..

Meet her in person though, and talk in person, since you'd get a better feel of her personality/character. You would need to know that if/when you get in a long-term relationship. Ask her if she wants to go for a drink, or to the movies or to a restaurant.
Author gsly Posted September 2, 2010 Author Posted September 2, 2010 im guessing youre meaning meet her on like a date..i've met her in person and we've talked when she was bartending at the bar she works at, i just had to leave thats why i didnt get a long conversation going, but we are txt'ing. pretty much how i got her number was i asked her to a movie and she said yes. then i asked for her number and she gave it to me. i just am wondering if txting her is alot, i dont want to come off as needy or anything like that. I've asked her to do stuff but her only day off really is one day a weekend and she's got stuff planned already, she is very busy with 2 jobs and im very understandable like that.

You are basically telling them that you are bad in bed. i didnt say i got cheated on all i said was that i've been in some pretty bad relationships and trust is a very big issue to me. the only reason why i havent called her is because she works in the morning and i work at night so pretty much limits up to txting otherwise i would..i guess my question is even though she has to work early in the morning and i work late in the evening should i still call her? i was planning on tomorrow night or sat night before she leaves for work..
