We had been friends for roughly a year or so before we started hooking up but I had a boyfriend, then one thing lead to another, blah blah blah, you get the idea. Well recently hes acting like he wants more... Even though Ive told him from jump street that Im not looking for a serious relationship right now. One night a couple weeks ago, when he was drinking he said "Im pretty sure I might be in love with you" I got really nervous and giggled and made some wise crack to change to subject.... Im not sure if he remembers saying it. And he hasnt said anything like that since. I know what I should do. I should end things and suffer the consequences... but we have SOOOOO much fun together, I just genuinely love being around him... Im afraid Im going to screw all that up. Is it possible to just wean the benefits part out of our FWB and just make it an F?

If the situation was reversed would you want to go back to just a friendship & having no sex with a dude you found yourself in love with and enjoying the sex too? You can tell him your true feelings & give him the option to decide the type of relationship he can handle with you. If he is cocky/confident, he may agree to friendship only & still try to sleep with you. If he really cares about you & wants to be official, he may walk away.
