If you'd read some of the thread on here about a guy doing a 360, half the time they'd already done all of the above only to withdraw sometime in the future.

Fair enough, however, if a guy REALLY wants to marry you and does end up marrying you, chances are the other items on that list were/are true at some point before the proposal.
