alyssatranswarrior Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 My opinion is Exe's can ONLY be friends after a relationship if they were friends BEFORE. People who care deeply for one another won't want to be out of each others lives forever just because they don't sleep with each other anymore. My experience is if I care strongly for a girl, regardless of how good the relationship was, I will still care for her after it. Often they don't want that unless they were friends with me beforehand. Fact of life I deal with fine. I don't see how the benefits thing ties in with exe's being friends? Maybe I misunderstood the thread.
pandagirl Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Yes, people. Exes can be friends. I am friends with an ex. Best friends? No. But we talk and are friendly, and when we see each other it is not weird. What we had is sooooo in the past that's is weird to think we ever dated!
