SassyKitten Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Just wondering in your experience how many different people you tend to have to date before having one who ends up being a serious relationship. In other words, for every serious relationship you've had, how many first dates have you gone on to get to that relationship?
USMCHokie Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I've had about a 10% return...but then again, I've only been in one serious relationship...so I'm sure you can do the math...
Eeyore79 Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Approximately 25% of my dates ended up being someone I really wanted to be with. Unfortunately, 66% of them didn't want to be with me! That gives me an 8.3% success rate of dates to serious relationships where we both liked each other. I sometimes think if I had been more ruthless in not wasting my time on the relationships that clearly weren't going anywhere, I would have found Mr 8.3% sooner!
