TheWatcher Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 I came across this personal ad...while browsing the montreal craigslist W4M section.I'm not going to pass judgement on this woman.I'll just say that she knows what she wants and is VERY specific.Guys...even if you met her criteria...would the wording of her ad turn you off ? Oh..and in her ad she included a pic of her last boyfriend to give guys an idea of what she's looking for.Ladies would you post a pic of your ex...to give potential suitors an idea of what your looking for ? Or do you consider such a move tacky ?The lady posting is 31 and reasonably attractive;dark hair..skin. yup XXX so at this point I just want a very HOT model material young men 24-34 years old full of energy that is financially comfortable enough to take a nice lady out for dinner in nice restaurants and for activities such as ballet, opera, osm(montreal symphony) ... and of course it's with benefits if you know what I mean... but his toy has to be gorgeous because if it is not perfect i will not be inspired and therefore no good results. Remember I'm latina so you know what I mean... MODEL MATERIAL means... big lips.. nice teeth...square jaw, 6'0+, well in fact let me show you a picture of my last bf it will give you an idea of what I am looking for and plus... Oh and I live in Le Plateau (a Montreal neighbourhood) so you must live close to me in a very nice place and alone with no cats because I am allergic

It's tacky, and poorly written, but I've seen similar or worse in M seeking W, M seeking M, W seeking W, "Arrangements," etc. Posting a pic of your ex is over the top, though. I'd be livid if someone was posting pics of me online without my permission.

Technically, it's not the same as that, because at least you've listed specific things and not just a sassy, "Look in the mirror! Pschaw." You may have been shallow and said some gross things to say in an online profile, but at least it gives a clear view of what you're looking for. So, really hers was even stupider.

Of course they would. I've had very few casual hook-ups in my life, but the few that I did have were with stupidly hot men. Why? Because I wanted to and I could.
