I've been very busy with my career and education and have made little time and effort towards meeting and dating women. The problem is I'm rusty, out of practice, and lack confidence now. How can I get my confidence back and start dating many women? Isn't this the key to getting any woman you want? I'm 30 years old, tall and handsome and don't want to waste any more time in my life not having the women I know I can have.

It does not sound that you have any problems with self-confidence because of your description of yourself. Perhaps, you have problems with experience and skills which can be gained by practice, learning (hands on or by reading). No one is confident doing something that he has never done before. But, you should be confident in your capacity to learn the rules of dating which make you successful.

zerovandez Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 I started by joining OKCupid. It's a dating site if you didn't know. I'm shy and timid myself so meeting women was always a challenge for me. Online dating makes it much easier to break the ice. I would message as much women as I possibly could in a day. I didn't care how they looked or if they responded. I just wanted to put myself out there. But surely enough, they responded. I even get emails sent to me and IM's started from different women. It does build ego, self esteem, and confidence. I'm now much more comfortable approaching women at different places. Matter of fact, I just met one at the grocery store while I was wine shopping. In that scenario, all it took was, "hey I'm having a hard time selecting good wine, can you help me?" Lucky for me, she worked at a restaraunt and had good input. We talked for a while and I suggested that we share a glass of wine someday and exchanged numbers. But don't come onto women as if you're really trying to come on to them, just be yourself. If you get lost and spot a girl, genuinly ask her for directions and go from there. Wow, after needing much help in this area I'm finding out that I'm really growing up after typing that! You do seem very confident so im sure you will have no trouble.

It depends on your personality what advice might work for you better. If you are good at hands on learning, you can learn things naturally while dating girls. You might want to go online and start dating multiple girls or the only one whatever you prefer. Use your common sense because dating is simple and if you do not know what to do just ask the girl that you are dating what she wants or thinks the right thing to do. And, when you ask her that, make it sound like you ask her not because you are confused with dating, but because you are a guy who wants to please her and make her feel comfortable.

If it is how to be great at sex, you might want to go for long-term FWBs, perhaps with cougars. If you want to get younger girls,19, you need to figure out how to do the right brain wash for them and how to spot the right type of girls who would respond favorably to an older guy.
