I just want to tell her I'm sorry, but what if she had already blocked me from her phone? Wow, that would suck. Or maybe I should just numb myself with alcohol so then I probably wouldn't think about her in the first place.

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and assume this has something to do with another woman's partner.. Of course, I could be completely off the mark. If the would is fresh, I'd seriously ask "Am I doing this to feel better? Or am I really giving the other person what they need?". Give her space.
