engravefeelthevoid Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Okay how does this happen ? why ? and what is the psychology behind this ? alot of times it actually works and they actually commit to eachother...TRUE LOVE ! this is driving me crazy I mean I dunno how it works in terms of feelings...my ex girl-friend fell in love with my other friend who is 3 years younger than her...wtf is going on in this world of love ?

adamt Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 men more interested in the physical side of things, where as women have the emotional side of things important. so thats where i can see pretty girl with average looking bloke. Not seen it as often the otherway round. plus women tend to go for simlar or older men. and men tend to go for younger women. ofcourse there are exceptions

There is an old saying that the ugliest man in the room is the most wonderful because he knows he's not attractive and has to make up for it in other ways. True? Well, not always. I thought I was in this situation with the last serious bf, asI was more attractive than he was for sure. He turned out to be the most abusive and meanest than all the guys I have known put together. He had / has his own problems to deal with. But these three main points, at least for me at the time, were certainly true. I'm a different person now, I try to look at others more carefully, but you simply don't know much about a person until time shows you.
