It's been limited contact up until now and I know from here on in it's going to be tough. Reading some of your threads here on are helping immensely and reinforce the discipline it takes for NC, however I still have ups and downs. Counceling sessions are in full swing and are really helping sort through past issues and moving forward. It's just hard when we both know we love and miss each other very much. Any tips I may have missed along the way to help with NC ?.
