Funkymonkey Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 I've been seeing this girl for a while now, not so much recently though, simply because I think we both kinda cooled off and I believe she's lost all interest in me. I have told her how I felt about her over a text message, yes trust me I didn't want to do it but a case of misunderstandings led up to it. Lately things have been kinda off between us, we don't talk as much, conversations are short, quiet and somewhat awkward. Here I'm the one chasing her, I'm quite confident that she doesn't like me at all, I am trying to move on, but thoughts of her keep popping up on my mind daily and it does take it's toll. I do work with her 2 nights a week for about 3-4 hours at a time, so I don't know exactly how this is going to work. Mind you, I tend to over think things a lot, now that I look back she did really like me. Anything else I can do to move on? Also I can't tell whether I want to or not. Advice would be greatly appreciated.
Mycroft Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Since your sure she doesn't like you, just try to forget about it. Its rough you work with her but actively trying to forget about it will work with time.
tinklebell Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 If it helps, this brings you to some other advice on LS to a similar situation http://www.loveshack.org/forums/t188546/.
loser101 Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 I would talk to her and act accordingly. I know it can be difficult but in my experience it is very helpful for the future to know 100% where you stand. if she says she is not interested, you will feel crap for about 3 days but will start moving on afterwards. believe me that works better than wondering
Author Funkymonkey Posted May 13, 2009 Author Posted May 13, 2009 Wanting to tell her has always been on my mind. But I haven't gotten the chance to do it. I can admit that i'm scared too, not afraid that she's going to reject me, but the fact that we still have to see each other at least 2 weeks which might be kind of weird.
