I have implants, love them in clothes. I do get worried when i have sex with a new man about what he will think.

 

They look pretty good nude, and are very natural looking clothed. I just have some bad scarring from a corrective surgery and obviously they do not feel real.

 

 

I still think i am damn sexy though. ;)

 

I would take the implants over my completely flat AA (aka non existant) pre op chest. I literally had NO boobs. =(
