I don't want him to care I want him to leave me. I don't like hurting people at all even if they are totally losers I just can't bring myself to be mean! its best to cut him lose damn it why cant i do it! He has my number, sends me texts, can call me still. If i stop responding he will call and text and not give up its just his behavior and i dont want to deal with that therefore i do have to confront him!!! AHHH HELP!

What is snack boy doing about his financial future? Right now is a great time to get into the market, even if its only with $1,000. You might want to nudge him in that direction before you drop the bomb on him.

You have to just come clean and be honest. Don't play those games where you hope he'll figure it out. Just politely and respectfully reject him. If he can't handle it, then that's his problem, not yours.

He will vanish quickly. Hit him up for some cash every time he contacts you. Do it in 40-100 sums. If he asks why, be very vague, so that he may assume your buying drugs. 1 week and he will be gone! If not, at least he is giving you money!
