Our relationship is certainly no bed of roses at the moment, but we are still hanging in there and finally we have a whole month together to look forward to! 1

I'll get to see my SO only for 10 days... But that's better than nothing, atm!

We live 12,000 miles apart so it's long trips or nothing. For the past 9 months its been nothing! We haven't seen each other since last May (we were supposed to be getting married in August) so at the moment, even 10 minutes in each others arms is going to feel like paradise! I hope you have a wonderful 10 days together.

I'm sure you guys will work it through!, and yes, I can imagine 10min would be glorious; it's great to hear that marriage is coming soon for you, guys! So, enjoy! Me and my SO haven't seen each other almost for the last 10 months... so yes, I get the idea. In our case, we are separated by 6000+ miles and a big ocean in between. We are 39 days apart, though! Thank you for the nice wishes! Bad thing about this, is that I/we have no idea about when will the next time be... Ah well.

You deserve it though I'm lucky to be able to see my partner every 6-7 weeks, for a few days each time, an end in sight would feel like a dream, think that's all it will ever be sadly, since our plans fell through, but we can enjoy each other's visits until we call it a day at least, I don't think I'm going to regret the years we spent together. just-me12 Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 Have seen or spoken to the guy in dating in 3and half weeks only via email every few days/once a weekl, 2and half to go and I'm on count down, you guys are all so strong to do this all the time.

Either way, maintaining positive and remembering that it's all been worthwhile is the best possible mindset. And woohoo to 9 days! Down to 5 days now. I get giddy every time I think about it. Can't wait to see what he got me for Valentine's Day. 1

I really feel like you get a better sense of your SO when you meet the company they keep when you're not there. Plus it's always nice to put a face to the name.
