He is flying here to stay with me for the Summer and then hopefully we'll be both flying back to stake our home back where he lives! I am so darn excited that I am finally calling an end to our 2 1/2yr LDR! Thank you guys so much for all of the support these past few months I don't know what I would have done without ya'll!:bunny: So for the countdown, less then a month before we are finally going to be together for good Lovely news, lovely day.

I just got back today!) that you usually feel after a visit and I think that's mainly due to the fact that our next TWO visits are already planned!! and partially because we had such a great time and I am feeling more and more secure in our LDR all the time! so for the countdown, its 18 days!!!!

I start to panic when our next visit isn't planned yet while the other one is going on. 15 for me I do too!! it drives my SO a little crazy cuz he is so NOT a planner but he understands and is getting so much better about it cuz he knows its important to me! and yay for 15, we can kinda count down together!!

Still processing my residency paperwork and its so frustrating.. taking longer than I expected but I guess its part my fault. I love him though... and will do everything I need to do and more!

But I'm a tad nervous, for my SO will have to stay with my father for a few weeks considering my living arrangements screwed up and he wanted to come sooner than expected (which I wasn't able to plan for quick enough) Hopefully everything works out
Jonesonaboat Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Hi I'm new to the forums! I haven't got an exact date but my man and I should be together in some 6-10 weeks! Very excited. We closed the distance last November but for reasons out of our control I had to fly back from Canada to the UK for an unknown period of time. It was looking like it was going to take up to August at the earlier, probably longer before we'd be able to be together again. But we've come up with a great plan this weekend so hopefully it's just a matter of weeks and we can close the distance, again! I love my man to bits and I've been away from him for a month and it's been the toughest time ever!!
