befreckled Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 Countdown stands at 27 days. True to his nature, he is beginning to warm up and is definitely looking forward. There's a little issue that I might have to change the dates which will result in a penalty but I'm hoping that it doesn't come to that because, of what it will do mentally to me.

Citizen Erased Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Just booked my ticket. It was free too, had enough miles for a one-way ticket to Chicago. Pyro will come pick me up from there, otherwise I would have had to stay there overnight at the airport. 99 days and this is all over.

I haven't started packing yet because I have studying to do before I even think about that suitcase, but after that it's smooth sailing to him Cant wait. After this we won't see each other until May 10th-ish =/ I hope it goes by faster. Then our LDR will transform into an amazing R :bunny: And Folie, glad your trip went well
befreckled Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 twenty-two days. we are < a month which is awesome. i will only have two days to pack cos i'm away for a work trip prior and only back that Sunday night. I'll be missing my little puppy who is actually not a puppy or even little!

Edit: As a whole, our level of optimism is just as high today as it was the day he left for his work in Japan (110 days ago) :-D

Omei Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 I get to see my SO in just 9 day's!!! for a week woot!!! Last saw him 1 month ago in Jan im so happy it was such a short wait (took up cleaning out hoarder's house for a week to make this 2nd visit so fast isn't that gross? lol) 9 days!!!:love:

That's not stupid at all. It's usual because the days spent with them is just not enough! Anyway for me, my wife is finally and permanently flying and moving to my house in 13 days. It's been four years since we first hitched up, and now all married and ready to end our LDR (does that mean I can't post in this section anymore?) Finally got her a visa to stay with me for now. Still need to do a bit more for her to study and work, but it's all in due time
