How should I phrase the question, or should I only implicitly ask her things? How long should from the time I meet her should I wait? How do I get her to like me and want to be with me? It doesn't matter how long it has been.. How to get a girl to like you ?? There is no magic potion.. React to what people physically do and less on what they say.. The whole actions speak louder than words saying is true.. Ask this person if they want to get coffee or something casual and if the reject the offer then they're most like not interested. If they're receptive to the offer then cool but it doesn't mean that they want a relationship. The best thing is to read their actions and how the appear to be and gauge their interest level. My guess is that you're probably a teenager with no prior relationship/dating experience and want the key solution which sadly does not exist.. If you want to hang out with a person then ask them..
