Guest Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 My g/f is a senior in college and I am a junior. She is really busy with graduation and stuff but I usually stay at her place and do so many things for her basically whenever she asks. I dont mind becuase she has not been feeling good lately. Our sex life is good and we do see each other a lot but not all the time because I work and she does many things. Last night I went to her place to see her because I hadnt seen her all day. She hadnt called me and was being weird, (like she just didnt care). So i kissed her and she payed no attention and said she was watching tv. I asked if she was mad and she said no, and more sternly said she was watching tv. I cant just blow her off because she is Italian, and not to sterotype but she just wont care if we dont talk. She hasnt called me today and she is supposed to go home for the weekend. Should I just not call her, and if she does call just play it like I dont care what she does( ie. its fine ill see you later)? I am so confused and she says she loves me all the time and stuff. She just gets like this sometimes. What should I do? Btw I am very busy, I am not obsessive nor do I spend my time writing letters or e-mails to her, I am just nice and do some things for her when she wants me to.
big_girls_rock Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 Maybe stress from graduation is just getting to her, that or she just wants some space until she gets her head cleared.
norajane Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 Well, if she was watching Grey's Anatomy last night, it's like a guy watching the big game while his girlfriend is dancing around naked trying to get his attention...not gonna happen! Just relax. You know she "gets like this sometimes" so don't take it personally. Call her if you want; don't call her if you don't want. What's the big urge to call anyway? Are you looking for some kind of validation? You know she's going away for the weekend, so let her get in touch when she gets back.
