Why is love such an essential thing? It can cause so much anguish before you get a fair shot at it. Even then it can be yanked away from you before you even know it. Yet you've gotta keep trying, haven't you?

I'm losing my faith with it all.

don´t ever give up on love, it´s a great feeling when it´s there,it´s only when it´s gone do we think it suck´s.

Every pot has it´s lid.

Have a great day.

Losing faith when hurting is normal.

Frankly, I cannot get enough of love, and it comes in many varieties. When a lover lets you down, there is still much in the way of rewarding love. Family can offer love, and it is closer to unconditional than any other. Friends are an important source of love for me when romantic love is scarce. Even the love of a pet can make a huge difference in ones state of mind.

Personally I believe that love is as important as food and oxygen.

I was in a severe state of depression after my last major breakup, and honestly, the only thing that got me through was adopting a very sick kitty. I was able to concentrate on his health and rehabilitation instead of obsessing over my broken heart... he broke that downward cycle for me...

Funny thing is, I really don't like cats as much as dogs, but he just got under my skin... and anyone who knew me before I got him can swear he was my lifesaver...

Now with this last breakup, having kitty around instead of being alone, I'm bouncing back quicker... there is something to having a pet without a doubt!

Indeed it is.

What I'm going through hurts like hell... worse than any other breakup I've been through... mainly because I know that this woman was so perfect for me. She blew all of my previous exes out of the water. Unfortunately, because of where we both are in our lives, a R is not possible right now. Maybe in the future, but not now.

That being said, I know I have the capability to move on and find someone new. It may take a while, and in the past it has. But I'm able to see clearly through my pain, that eventually it will happen.

Give yourself time. Life takes us down roads we didn't think we'd travel. Focus on your day to day life, and let life happen to you. Good luck.
