I am a newbie here. This subject caught my attention. I had this situation occur to me with my 1st MM's W, I will tell you I taught her a good lesson that she will never forget.

I must admit, the ow and I had quite a few knock down dragouts but they were always instigated by her, she would come to my house or stalk me and I am not the type to run screaming for help, I fought her with everything I had, I'm not going to sit back and let her beat the hell out of me and not take action. And yes, the cops when I called them did side with me and she did jail time because of her actions. Take it from one who knows, dump the MM and find yourself a nice, unattached male to play with because some BS's don't play nice. This one has seven years of martial arts training. And the system does lean toward the wife in court.

This is funny. I think

Assault on anyone is against the law, whoever they are! Even beating up a burglar is NOT on, unless it's in defence or whatever. Some of you people make me laugh, and not in a good way.

last time I checked, being an OW is not against the law??

It isn't against the law, per se - but in my state, we have alienation of affection laws and criminal conversation laws here. if the OW/OM is found to have contributed to the divorce through an affair, and caused the BW/BH emotional harm - the BW/BH can sue OW/OM for monetary damages. If the married couple separates, and the MM/MW is sexually involved with someone, and the BW/BH finds out that the sexual involvement was going on while they were still married, the OW/OM can also be sued for damages. There have been some staggering rewards given in favor of the BW/BH over the years.

It is not funny but it is a fact of life and it is real.

That there is nothing wrong with sleeping with other women's husbands?

No, that before she decides to try attack someone one, she better know what she is getting into. She should have been after her MM man not me, I had no wish to engage her in a fight. But at the same time I was not about to let her just attack me and stand by. Her MM is obligated not to touch her, but I have no obligations toward her. Turns out I was the better woman twice:)

And now you know the mind of the people that help propogate affairs....LMFAO

For you to be with another woman's husband in no way makes you the better woman.

On the contrary...any decent man wouldn't be caught dead with a woman that brags about it like you have just done.

SC is one hundred percent right on.

And thanks for those who agreed with me. It's obvious that some people are just out of touch regarding how the real world works.

Cocky, no I am not. Confident I am. I did not go looking for a fight with her, I merely defended myself.

This would be accurate. Hit 'em where it counts. It hurts more than emotional or physical distress.
